BananaIP Counsels, a leading Intellectual Property Law Firm, is seeking a diligent and organized Para Legal Assistant to join our vibrant team in Bangalore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate from any discipline, looking to establish a career in a professional, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

Legal knowledge or background is not a prerequisite for this role as extensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with various internal teams to monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring seamless workflow.

Preparing comprehensive and accurate reports, and submitting them for review to the Management.

Assisting in the organization and maintenance of essential documents.

Conducting supportive research under the guidance of the legal team.

Assisting in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Liaising with clients, lawyers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication.

Key Requirements:
A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
