A. About Us
Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual
Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Our 40K+ Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product

Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths.

With a vision to "Democratize Design Education", we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and helping them become better problem solvers.

Highly Organized, Problem Solver and Process Oriented
Expert understanding in operating databases and trackers
Obsession about increasing Operational Efficiecy
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Managing Event/Workshops in College

C. Academic Requirement

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field is preferred

D. Responsibilities

Managing Learning Experience and Operations of different courses and products
Improve operational management systems, processes and handle daily operational tasks
Manage learners and mentors' entire learning experience journey
Effectively communicate with learners and mentors community
Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs to ensure a smooth learning experience for learners
Increase the quality of customer and service experience for learners and mentors community
Increase Operational Efficiency of Processes and Systems in place
Conduct Cross Team Collaboration for better Issues management
Manage Space Infrastructure of existing Active Learning Environments
Manage Customer Satisfaction Ratings
Managing Inventory, shipping and logistics for various products for e-commerce
