Description

for sales executive - Achieving sales targets in the vegetable category through effective customer relationship management and promotion of company products.

- Identifying new business opportunities and developing new customer accounts to expand the customer base. - Conducting market research to gather information on customer needs and preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Monitoring sales performance and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to boost sales.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account information. - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, government regulations, and consumer behavior to stay ahead of the competition. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. 10 - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 1- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
