• Develop branded templates and design guidelines for marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging across all communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative design techniques and best practices into marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to source or create visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as a graphic designer, with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos for digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience in developing marketing materials for real estate properties, including digital advertisements, social media content, and property listings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
