Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM software or other relevant tools.
  • Proactively identify trends or recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution and process improvement.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to communicate accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
