Job Purpose
Responsible for the Network and Customer Experience management


Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Responsible for monitoring the customer experience through different platforms
  • Create trends/insights from captive/crowd sources on customer/network experience
  • Automation of reports and data collection
  • Ensure the validity and authenticity of the data from different sources
  • Interface with different stake holders like SNOC/Network operations

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Overall knowledge of the network architecture and systems
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and network performance management systems
  • Knowledge of software solutions scripting, databases, etc.
  • Engineering Degree with 10+ years of experience on Analytics/Customer Experience management.
  • Getting insights on network/customer experience using different data sources
  • Accurate and timely reporting of data

Must have technical / professional qualifications
BE - Computers/Telecom

MBA - Optional

Data Analytics - Optional
