Tele Caller Job Responsibilities
Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
Making outbound calls for generating leads.
Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client/Vendors.
Follow up with incoming leads.
Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
Good interpersonal skills.
Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
Ability to handle pressure.
Good MS Office knowledge.
Industry -Manufacturing /Diamond or Jewelry Manufacturing
Preferred Same Industry Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
Experience Required: 1- 3 years.
Minimum Qualification Required:
Graduation / Bachelor s Degree.
It's a 3 Month contractual Based job (exceed as per company requirement)
