Responsibilities:
- Analyze the user requirements and define the website objectives.
- Collaborate with the team of developers, and set timelines for the project.
- Assign tasks to the team members.
- Design website layouts in the specified programming language.
- Work with designers to ensure a highquality user experience.
- Manage and update the documentation to support users.
- Monitor the work of junior developers and train them.
- Evaluate the performance of the team and suggest improvements for their growth.
- Keep yourself updated with the latest web development practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
- Proven 58 years of experience working as a Web Developer, Web Programmeror a similar role.
- Familiarity with programming languages like HTML, HTML 5, CSS 3, XML and Javascript.
- Exceptional working knowledge of various website development techniques.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals.
- Exceptional understanding of UI Prototyping tools.
- Ability to lead a team of developers.
- Great interpersonal skills.
Salary:
₹900, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
