We are hiring for Voice Associate (International Process).

Shift:
Night shift | 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. | 5 days a week

Work Location:
Module 20, 15th Floor, Bengal Eco Intelligent Park, EM Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

Work Model:
Work from Office

Responsibilities

Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their queries and issues.
Able to understand the
English language. Completely and grasp the project work quickly.
Able to understand the training provided by the team manager
Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.
Be a 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.
Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & detail Oriented.
Able to meet deadlines.
Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.
Must be able to do the Night Shift.

Skills

Fluent/excellent verbal English and good writing skills for international project.
Decent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Basic Word, Excel).

Required Experience and Qualifications

Experience: Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Hiring Freshers as well.
Qualification: minimum 10+

Salary:
As per industry standard
