Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies to obtain the best pricing and itinerary options for customers.
- Ensure that all booking and reservations are in compliance with airline and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding flight changes, cancellations, delays, and other travelrelated issues.
- Achieve performance targets and adhere to service level agreements
- Communicate effectively with the customer and team members to identify issues and solutions effectively
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvement
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and with rotating shift schedules.
- Knowledge of GDS systems, booking platforms and airline booking rules is highly required.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and uptodate computer equipment suitable for remote work.
