Description
To be the point of contact and be responsible for increasing revenue at the clinic by achieving the sales objective- To plan monthly sales targets and execute them in an accurate, high quality and timely manner.
- To achieve targets through crossselling and upselling.
- Responsible in supporting the sales generation.
- You will be the point of contact for the Clinic operations and accountable for overall clinic operations.
- You will ensure that all reception responsibilities are completed with high quality, in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for monitoring the administrative, operational and technical aspect for smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services through SOPs adherence.
- A well organized and selfdirected individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and has the ability to meet timelines.
- Good experience in supporting Centre Management, Health Care, Retail industry and preferably from target based environment.
