Give Me Trees Trust is one of the largest community based voluntary tree planting and conservation movements in India, having facilitated the plantation and preservation of more than 23 million trees all over the country in the last 45 years, with more than 17,000+ volunteers working all across India, seeks dynamic and motivated professional with relevant experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the Trustee's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and events.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Trustee and other parties.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other written communications for the Trustee.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain confidentiality of personal and professional matters related to the Trustee and the organization.
Exercise judgment in handling inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases related to the Trustee's activities.
Conduct research and compile information as requested by the Trustee, providing summaries and analysis as needed.
Monitor deadlines, priorities, and followup actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Trustee.

Minimum Qualification, knowledge and experience- Graduate with minimum 2-3 Years' experience as a Personal Assistant. Experience in a similar position with a reputed NGO will be desirable.

Essentials:
Smart Phone and interested to travel at project location.

Pay:
₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
