Job Description: We areseeking a detailoriented and highly analytical Senior Data Analystto join our team and play a crucial role in interpreting data tomake informed business decisions. This position will involvecollecting processing and performing statistical analyses on largedatasets. You will turn data into actionable insights that willhelp drive our business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection andCleaning: Gather data from primary and secondary sources;clean and preprocess the data to prepare it foranalysis.
Statistical Analysis andData Interpretation: Apply statistical analysistechniques to interpret data and analyze results using statisticaltools.
Reporting andVisualization: Develop and maintain dashboards andreports to present findings in a visually compelling format. Usevisualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to enhance theaccessibility of complex data.
Predictive Analytics: Utilizepredictive modeling techniques to forecast company performance andprovide business insights.
Collaboration and Communication: Workclosely with stakeholders across the company including marketingsales finance and operations teams to gather requirements anddeliver datadriven recommendations.
Process Improvement: Continuallyenhance data collection and analysis processes implementing newdata analysis techniques and technologies whereapplicable.
DataManagement: Manage data sets and ensure data integrityand security across all data platforms.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelorsdegree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Economics ComputerScience Information Management or a related field.
Experience: 13 years of experience ina data analysis or related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dataanalysis tools and programming languages such as SQL Python or R.Experience with data visualization software like Tableau Power BIor similar.
AnalyticalSkills: Strong analytical skills with the ability tocollect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts ofinformation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbaland written communication skills with the ability to translatecomplex data into actionable insights.

Compensation:

Salary: The typical salary range forthis role is $70000 $100000 per year depending on experiencelocation and company size.
