    Description
    Overview: The DataAnalyst (Entry Level) is responsible for collecting analyzing andinterpreting data to provide actionable insights fordecisionmaking. This role plays a crucial part in helping theorganization make informed decisions based on datadrivenevidence.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Collect and cleandata from various sources.
    • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
    • Interpretdata to support business decisions.
    • Create andmaintain data visualizations to effectively communicatefindings.
    • Develop and update reports anddashboards.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to understand their data needs.
    • Assist inthe implementation and maintenance of data managementsystems.
    • Conduct adhoc analysis based onbusiness requirements.
    • Identify and solve dataquality issues.
    • Contribute to the developmentof data analysis best practices.
    • Stay updatedwith industry trends and bestpractices.
    • Support the data governanceframework.
    • Participate in meetings and trainingsessions to enhance skills.
    • Assist in thepreparation of presentations for seniorleadership.
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree inData Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or relatedfield.
    • Demonstrated understanding ofstatistical methods and concepts.
    • Proficiencyin SQL for data extraction andmanipulation.
    • Advanced Excel skills includingdata analysis and visualization.
    • Experiencewith at least one programming language such as Python orR.
    • Ability to create clear and compelling datavisualizations.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
    • Excellentcommunication and presentationskills.
    • Understanding of database managementand data warehousing concepts.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a team environment.
    • Knowledge ofdata quality and governanceprinciples.
    • Detailoriented with a focus onaccuracy.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively.
