Responsibilities

  • Initiating phone conversations with students who showed interest in courses.
  • Achieving the Monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment.
  • Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.
  • Follow up on old leads and Update the status of all calls in the report sheet.
  • Documenting the Sales SOPs and other helpful documents whenever and wherever required.
  • Conducting market research, sharing findings with the team, and drawing up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and if possible reaching out to them for Resale.
  • Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
  • Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.

Qualifications

  • 02 years carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
