Product Owner

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Product Owner having experience of about 10-12 years for a Development Project in Bangalore.

Technical Skills:

Good experience as product owner / business analyst preferably in eCommerce domain
Drives business requirements, analyses requirements, reprioritizing and scoping them for Product Increments / Sprints, Develops and/or directs development of schedules
Coordination between project team and business users on User Acceptance tests
Responsible for creating of EPICS, user stories and grooming the stories
Responsible for defining acceptance criteria and exit criteria for stories
Responsible for clarifying team's queries on business requirements and priorities
Must be able to do scrum master role scheduling ceremonies, driving scrum calls, coordination towards resolving impediments, capacity planning and tracking metrics (burndown, velocity etc.)
Good experience working in agile methodologies
SCRUM / SAFE
Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices.
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in crossfunctional initiatives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

Process Skills:

Agile Methodology:

o Strong understanding of sprint planning

o Participate in scrum meeting

o Prioritize the activities

o Coordinate with the offshore team

Scrum master experience is must
Project Management experience is preferred

Behavioral Skills:

Result oriented team player
Good in communication
Quick in resolving impediments
Interpersonal skills

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)
Scrum master certification is preferred
