Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.
Manage and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Utilize CRM tools and analytics to segment customers, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate CRM strategies into marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives.
Monitor and track key performance metrics related to customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, recommending and implementing new technologies or methodologies to improve CRM effectiveness.
Train and support internal teams in CRM usage and best practices to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT departments to coordinate CRM initiatives and resolve any technical issues or challenges.
Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM management or related roles.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
