At epiFi you will:

Monitor last mile delivery, TAT breach, manage customer returns ensuring best in class experience to the customer
Continuously evaluate and improve process to provide best in class delivery process
Excellent Vendor Management and Stakeholder management to provide timely resolution to customer queries
Proactively resolve delivery/tracking related tickets that are escalated to CX queue on priority basis
14 years of relevant experience with Vendor management, CX executive in supply chain
Have substantial investigation and problem solving experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Ability to work in a matrixed organization; leveraging resources across the organization to complete deliverables
Ability to handle highly confidential information professionally and with appropriate discretion
Working on Excel, PinPoint tool will be added advantage

Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and a team fitment
