Patient Care Executive - Pune, India - HCAH
Description
Ø The patient care executive will brief the patient about the program process and information about the FOC drug.Ø The patient care executive will verify the documents and maintain the data in the system.
Ø The patient care executive will coordinate with the logistics team for FOC drug delivery.
Ø The patient care executive will keep track of patients' therapy adherence.
Ø The patient care executive will do follow-up and reminder calls for therapy adherence.
Ø The patient care executive will maintain the patient's data, inventory, and logistics data in the system.
Ø The patient care executive will also maintain the AE reporting in the system.
Ø The patient care executive will answer the patient's queries/concerns.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
