Description


As a Tele-caller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by engaging potential clients over the phone.

Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects, introduce them to our services, and schedule appointments for further discussions with our sales team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


Key
Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our firm and the benefits of partnering with us to achieve their goals.
  • Qualify leads based on their level of interest, budget, and timeline for real estate transactions.
  • Schedule appointments for interested prospects to meet with our sales team for further consultation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in real estate telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to engage prospects in conversations, build rapport, and convey information effectively.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
  • Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for call logging and tracking purposes.
