The Marketing and Communication Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the company's brand presence, promote products or services, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Marketing Strategy
  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Brand Management and Digital Marketing
  • Utilize digital channels to reach target audiences and optimize online presence.
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
  • Content Creation
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for various channels, including website, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.
  • Promotional activities
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions
  • Ensure successful execution of events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Exploring global solar markets and strategizing company penetration on untouched territories.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure ROI and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Internal Communication:
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment of internal and external communication efforts.
  • Sales support activities such as cold calling, preparing proposals, brochures and marketing collaterals.
  • Handson experience on coral draw/ InDesign software will be an added advantage.
  • Should actively participate in ISO and IMS compliances.
