Support Engineer job roles and responsibilities:Install and configure HRMS Application (workday, Zoho, jobdiva, success factor etc.)

Addressing user tickets regarding HRMS Application issues and resolve issues within given SLA.

Good English communication skills and Flexible to work on weekends.
