ID: 7079 | 2-4 yrs | Pune | careersResponsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and database issues
- Maintain Service Level Agreement documentation, SOPs
- Assist with Incident Resolution and user complains for L2 support
- Escalate problems and issues to relevant department/managers
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in ERP (Oracle, iScala), CRM( Oracle, Salesforce), risk assessment work and Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work location :
Pune
**Working hours : 24*5 support on Weekdays, Weekends - only night shift IST in rotation
