BACK-END SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:


We are building a High-Performance Team here at
ROBU.IN & have vacancy for a
Back-End Sales Support Executive to join our team.

Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for
ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with
Basic Computer Knowledge or having
0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale's, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience with
Basic Computer Knowledge.

He/She should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.


Number of Positions: 02 required.


Experience:
fresher, 0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale's, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience.


Salary:
In hand Rs.10,000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits
(


CTC:
Rs.1,61,752/- to Rs.2,07,557/- per annum)
.


Educational Qualification:

ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.


Required Skills:


Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel).

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting Shipments for all new orders received.
  • Keeping track of Customer orders & Shipments, Mailing tracking ID's & invoices to B2B Customers.
  • Tracking High Value Customer.
  • Resolving Delivery order related issues. Handling any issues related to Warehouse like missmatch, stocking or any other issues faced.
  • Reviewing pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Calling High Value Online order customers.
  • Handling returns & refund issues, Handling GST returns and other payment issues.
  • Stock-In process of pending SKU'S.
  • Overdue Payments calls to customers.
  • Handling and maintaining the Customer Segmentation File (Data) adding new Customers data in the file.
  • Filling vendor registration forms. Generate and process new sales leads as necessary.
