The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
- Awareness and understanding of TAT and Productivity of underwriting team with respect to different products. Manage a team of Analysts for processing transactions within the defined CCPM parameters. Handle local investigations for FRM supporting central FRM and GBS.
Business
- Awareness and understanding of the multipleproducts, various stakeholders and the market in which we operate.
Processes
- Maximize the opportunity to reduce costs without compromising controls through hubbing, automation and streamlining of processes. Ensure
People & Talent
- Strengthen the RRO organisation, address capability gaps and refresh development. Drive and continuously Employee engagement. Manage a team of Analysts for processing transactions within the defined CCPM parameters.
Risk Management
- Strengthen discipline in adherence to processes and standards and ensure country procedures aligned to Group standards. Fully engage in initiating and driving the programme of embedding a risk culture. Strongly reinforce lessons learnt from control failures and suboptimal risk decisions.
Governance
- Improve the effectiveness of the reviews / meetings / forums to achieve precision in identifying key vulnerabilities and speed in mitigating emerging risks. Ensuring unit is always following OR guidelines. No surprise findings in GIA, Regulatory and Peer Reviews.
Key stakeholders
- CI Team, CO Team, Business Teams, Policy Team, Product Team, Collection Team, Branch Team, CCU Team, Legal & Compliance Team, Bank empanelled external vendors
Other Responsibilities
- Escalation management, Ensure smooth processing of BAU work, Manage work force in optimum way so as to get maximum output, Continuous training and feedback sharing, Anticipate changes well in advance
