As a Telecaller in our dynamic team, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our WordPress development services.

You'll be a crucial link between our company and potential clients, helping them understand the value of our services and how we can enhance their online presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our WordPress development services.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our custom WordPress themes, plugins, and website development solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular followups and communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Document client interactions, feedback, and inquiries for further analysis.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.
  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and an understanding of its key features.
  • Basic knowledge of website development and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to client queries effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with other content management systems or digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic web development terminology.
  • Previous experience using CRM software.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning.
