Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our real estate properties and services. This includes both online and offline initiatives.

Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, articles, and property listings, to attract and engage potential buyers and renters.

Market Research: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.

Lead Generation: Work on lead generation initiatives by identifying potential clients and maintaining a database of leads. Follow up with inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting real estate events and open houses. Ensure that these events are well-attended and effectively marketed.

Marketing Materials: Help design and produce marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and other promotional collateral.

Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies for better results.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education).
  • Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior marketing experience required.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
