- eliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)-
Business Development for Data Center Colocation, able to work with Sales teams to generate opportunities.

  • Required to understand customer requirements and provide consultation / design on the
    architecture and solutions to Government, Large & Mid Enterprise customers in different industry verticals.
  • Understand complete discovery of
    customer environment and able to convert an opportunity by
    coordinating between Sales, Product, Finance Partners etc.
  • Need to have market intelligence on Colocation business, Competition, and Customers etc.
  • Able to Work on
    Funnel review, partner mindshare, drive commercial negotiations and
    closure of opportunity .
  • Drive Colocation
    Order book & grow revenue .


  • Demonstrate (Key competencies)

  • Should have excellent knowledge in creating High level & Lowlevel Design document, proposal writing skills, Bill of Material Preparation and writing Scope of Document.
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills
  • Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Hunger to stretch and outperform.
Leadership skills to lead an informal matrix team to accomplish the objectiveEducational Level

University level, MBA as a plusWorking Experience


Must have:

  • Individual contributor with 6 to 10 years of working experience in Data center colocation, managed IT services, Presales/Business Development and/or IT Infrastructure.
