• You are enthusiastic and uptodate about interactions on social media, toptrends and engaging content.
• Study design briefs and determine design requirements and provide feasible timelines
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, Produce clear, persuasive, original creative work
• Develop creatives for social media, newsletters, and other brand collaterals as required using software using appropriate design language and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs
• Can communicate effectively with the Marketing team to create any promotional graphics
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback, being updated with popular culture and trends
• Support video team with graphics, language typing, and QA wherever required

• 2 to 3 years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
• Proven knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Have a good portfolio of past design and creative projects.
• Have a good command over design techniques and visual elements
• Must be wellversed with digital design tools
• Have a good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Creative Thinking, Analytical, problemsolving, Strong interpersonal
• Communication skills in written and verbal proficiency in English is a must
• Previous experience working in Political Campaigns would be an added benefit
