Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive digital marketing training curriculum, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions,
Provide real-world examples and case studies to illustrate concepts and strategies effectively.
Tailor training content to the skill levels and needs of participants, whether beginners or experienced professionals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and skill development.
Provide individualized guidance and support to participants, addressing questions and challenges they may encounter during the training.
Monitor participant progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Collaborate with other trainers and departments to continuously improve the training program based on participant feedback and industry changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or public speaking, preferably in a professional development or educational setting.
In-depth knowledge of popular digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Patient, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and mentoring learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
Strong organizational skills to effectively plan, develop, and deliver training content.
Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent are a plus.
