Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other Office 365 components.

Provide technical support to endusers on hardware, software, and network issues, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Configure and maintain Exchange Online, including mailboxes, distribution groups, and policies.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Monitor Office 365 service health, security, and performance and implement best practices for security and compliance.
Perform hardware and software upgrades, as needed, and maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for Office 36
Provide training and support to endusers on Office 365 features and functionality.

Experience and Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in managing and administering Office 365 and providing IT desktop support.

Microsoft Exchange Security Certified with 2 years of experience

Skills Requirement

Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and network infrastructure.
Familiarity with security and compliance best practices for cloudbased systems
Excellent communication, problemsolving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
₹500, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
