Our Client Located in Bangalore, a growing company specializing in organic and natural health and food supplements, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive wholesale and retail sales development. This individual contributor role based in Bangalore offers an excellent opportunity to lead growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies. The role includes working directly with senior management to expand our market presence and increase sales revenue. Travel as needed within assigned territories.

Roles and Responsibilities<\/span>

Identify and onboard new wholesale distributors, retail partners, and sales outlets

Manage relationships with existing wholesale clients and retail partners to maximize sales potential
<\/p><\/li>
Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns for product launches and seasonal sales
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
<\/p><\/li>
Provide sales and marketing support materials and training to internal and external stakeholders
<\/p><\/li>
Track sales data, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior management
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing
<\/p><\/li>
Gather customer feedback and support retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and after -sales service
<\/p><\/li>
Travel as required to meet clients and support sales operations in various locations
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Requirements<\/span>
<\/h2>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
<\/p><\/li>
4 to 6 years of experience in marketing and sales development, preferably in health, wellness, FMCG, or related sectors
<\/p><\/li>
Demonstrable success in wholesale and retail sales growth initiatives
<\/p><\/li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms
<\/p><\/li>
Flexible to travel as needed for client meetings and sales support
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
