In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc_
Responsibilities:_

- _Good knowledge of Insurance / Claim processing_

- _Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc._

_ _
- _Identify duplicate Claims and take appropriate action_

_ _
- _Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum Qualifications_

- _Graduate except MCom, BTech, BSC etc_

Preferred skills:_

_ _
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change_
- _Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted_
- _Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines_
- _The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company_
- _The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation._
