Company secretaries provide guidance to company directors about how their organisations should be directed, managed or controlled.This is also known as corporate governance and it includes ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors, Top Management, Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA), stock exchanges and shareholders.
- File documents with Registrar of Companies.
- Ensure documentary requirements as per Companies Act.
- Organize, prepare agendas, hold general meetings and record minutes
- Manage shareholder meetings
- Statutory Books and Registrars.
- Be a linking factor to directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Filing corporate returns
- Ensure proper compliance and execution of contracts and agreements.
- Specialized services as required by the directors.
- Payment of dividend and interest payments.
- Drafting and execution of agreements, contracts, and resolutions
Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, North West , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- ICSI (preferred)
