The Polymath School is Mumbai's first K-12 Project-Based-Learning School.

In projects that typically last 3-4 months, we integrate rich content, 21st-century skills, and

human values in the context of a real-life problem or a challenge. The interdisciplinary nature of

projects, along with the real-life context, makes learning come alive for students and teachers.

Even though we are a school, we try to maintain a start-up culture. The reason for that is simple
- if we want our students to develop life skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, etc.,

we, the facilitators (teachers) and supporting staff, need to live it ourselves.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outreach events in exhibitions and societies
  • Develop and implement awareness campaigns
  • Analyze data to enhance marketing strategies
  • Execute field marketing for lead generation
  • Conduct surveys for market insights
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide updates and detailed reports on campaign progress

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Keen interest in marketing and communication
  • Readiness to multitask and be a team player
  • Freshers are welcome

Skills Development

  • Learn to plan, organize, and execute successful events.
  • Gain experience in designing surveys to gather relevant market insights.
  • Acquire handson experience in executing field marketing strategies.
  • Learn lead generation techniques and how to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.

Stipend

  • Rs 6,000 8,000 per month, based on the availability and skills.
  • Minimum 3 months commitment required.
