Description
1. Coordinating with designers to ensure that they meet client expectations.


  • Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly efficiently.
  • Reviewing sales figures to determine which designs are popular with customers and which
need improvement.


  • Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all orders are filled quickly and efficiently.
  • Persistent follow up on the queries by customers in coordination with sales team.
  • Understand trends, potential demand and competition and determine the market potential
and identify consumer needs.


  • Maintain continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing performance, market share
for the purpose of recommending product continuance or modifications and market

potential.


  • Determine and maintain the appropriate level of sales staff in order to service effectively the
customer base.


  • Recruit new sales staff in conjunction with the HR-Manager and Director
  • Monitor the performance of the sales (Showroom) staff on a daily basis.
  • Conduct and document performance reviews with each Sales Associate on an annual basis
  • Conduct weekly internal meetings with the sales (showroom) staff and address all important
issues concerning the show room.


  • Build and develop a well-rounded team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates.
  • Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships in order to maintain
professional standards to protect Bathline brand.


  • Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
Arranging stock in a manner which is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.


  • Maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Dispatch of Goods to Clients.

  • At the time of attending the client, avoid all types of distractions. Phone calls to be passed on
to someone else in the showroom.


  • Client data to be filled Google form.
  • Use good business practices at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Divisional Head.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
