Sales Officer - Projects (Building Materials Industry)**

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Market Analysis and Prospecting:*

Conduct market research to identify potential projects in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with key players in the construction field.

2. *Client Relationship Management:*

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project owners.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' building material requirements and offering tailored solutions.

3. *Product Knowledge and Presentation:*

Develop an in-depth understanding of the organization's building materials, their applications, and benefits.

Deliver compelling product presentations to clients, showcasing how the building materials meet project specifications.

4. *Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:*

Collaborate with clients to understand their budget constraints and negotiate pricing and terms.

Close sales deals and ensure the timely execution of contracts.

5. *Project Collaboration:*

Liaise with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide technical support and information to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales within the building materials or construction industry.

Strong understanding of building materials and their applications.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit project sites.
