Sales Executive - Decorative Products

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Executive for our decorative products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of decorative surfaces to dealers/retailers and interior designers/architects.

You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by building strong relationships and effectively marketing our products.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage with dealers, retailers, interior designers, and architects to present our decorative product line and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers/retailers and maintain relationships to secure orders and maximize sales potential.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets, customer needs, and market trends to effectively position our decorative products.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to dealers/retailers, interior designers, and architects, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including interior designers, architects, and key influencers to generate leads and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the showroom team to arrange visits from interior designers/architects and their clients, ensuring a seamless selection process of decorative surfaces in our showroom.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the decorative products industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to secure orders and influence decisionmaking.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fieldbased sales role.
  • Knowledge of interior design/architecture industry trends and familiarity with decorative surfaces is preferred.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Sales and Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
