Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical support, sales engineering, communication and customer service.

Day-to-day activities include supporting customers in identifying their needs, providing product demonstrations, and working with the sales team to establish sales plans.

The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for assuming ownership of each sales opportunity and ensuring customer satisfaction with the journey to make Infinity Automated Solutions their provider of choice.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales skills and ability to influence others
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
  • Ability to provide technical support to customers
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales Engineering or related field, preferably with industrial automation equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary:
₹8, ₹42,947.57 per month
