Payroll & Compliances

  • He should possess good communication skills and need to handle multicompany, multiClients payroll.
  • Profficient in all payroll & related compliances like TDS, PF, ESI.
  • Exposure in handling large & multi payrolls with experience of handling payroll teams is a must.
  • Should possess good communication skills and with work experience in payroll outsourcing Companies.
  • Reconciliation of Payroll records with general ledger accounts.
  • Experience in payroll accounting & reconciliations and employee claims.
  • Follow up and record the new hires compensation structure.
  • Accuracy & timelines of delivering the whole process Statutory Deduction like PF, PT, ESI.

Salary:
₹360, ₹450,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
