    As a key software engineer working on windows platform, your main responsibility will be to manage windows server farm environment (including compute resources) and providing porting support for 'server farm' product on windows platform. Some of your responsibilities will include -

  • Participate in the design, implementation and management of workload automation initiatives for windows
  • Ownership of porting 'server farm' product to windows platform
  • Perform daily system and security monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs
  • Provide support to various end user and developer groups by request

    • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent industry experience
  • Hands on experience designing and maintaining product on windows platform
  • Design / Develop PowerShell Scripts for Automation of Operational Process, where appropriate
  • 2+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
  • 2+ years of experience with data structures (such as stacks, trees, visitors, recursion, and streams) and algorithms
  • Knowledge in Linux and its administration with scripting capability to automate repetitive tasks. Linux kernel experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in working on public cloud (Oracle Cloud, AWS, GPC, Azure)
  • Requires strong communication and writing skills

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with REST/RPC API design and development
  • Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka
  • Practical experience writing large-scale web applications including architectural decisions, language choices, frameworks, and implementation.
