The essence of the role:

As a decisive leader, you'll drive the organization's operational excellence by implementing data-driven processes and optimizing revenue, cost and GP to achieve critical KPIs like revenue growth and high GP.

Your comprehensive business expertise and strategic thinking will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead strategic and highimpact growth initiatives across all key areas of the business operations.
Develop and lead plans to continuously improve business process.
Develop and monitor budgets and objectives to ensure departmental profitability and cost optimization.
Lead the businesscritical special projects and deliver them within the stipulated timeframe.
Achieve operational efficiency by collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize revenues & gross margins.
Track the KPI's which are business critical and present it to the management.
Develop processes aligned with business objectives and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
Continuously improve and lead a strong business continuity plan by identifying the possible threats.

Eligibility Criteria:

Building upon the responsibilities outlined earlier, here's a refined set of eligibility criteria for this role:

Over 15 years of comprehensive experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within business operations in the tech-product company.
An Engineering graduate with postgraduate degree in Business Management, or a related field.
This is a work from office role (Mon-Fri). Job location is Sinch India corporate HO
Sector 132, Noida.

Skills and Abilities:

Deeper understanding and appreciation for the technology domain.
Strategic thinker adept at orchestrating the entire department's business operations on a large scale, adapting to various circumstances while consistently aiming for overall growth and profitability.
Possesses the ability to present information objectively and logically, facilitating effective decisionmaking, coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Capable of effectively engaging, influencing, and collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders.
Strong business acumen enabling a deep understanding and presentation of business KPIs.
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, numerical analysis, and financial planning.
Impeccable integrity ethical and honest in all respects.
Selfstarter having attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects with firm deadlines.
Ability to keep composure under pressure.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
