Brief Profile of Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Conducting reviews and evaluations for costreduction opportunities
Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
Liaisoning with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
Developing Customer Relation Management with appropriate contacts with, statutory organizations

- keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Handle the Accounts, Taxation and other related Commercial activities of the company.
Handling the Accounting Transactions, Finalizations of Books of Accounts & Trials, Preparation of Balance Sheets & Profit & Loss Accounts etc
Account reconciliation, Inter Company Transaction / Inter Unit Transaction, Bank Reconciliation and Accounting Adjustments.
Performing Timely Closing of Books of Accounts and Prepare financial Statements and Schedules.
Planning & Implementation of Costing Procedure, MIS, Budgeting Control & Observances of Variance and reporting.
Preparation & filing of GST returns, Income Tax return, P.Tax, PF, ESIC etc and compliances thereof.
Monitoring TDS & data Compilation, eTDS Return filings, Annual Return & issuance of certificate, its Compliances.
Preparation of MIS Report for management & 26AS quarterly reconciliation
Compiling data and documentations for audit and liaisoning with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
