1.Job Title:
Production Operator Injection Moulding
Job Brief:
As an injection mold operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the machines, as well as inspecting finished products for defects.
Responsibilities:
- Core
- Set up Mould
- Carryout routine machine maintenance
- Check utilities performing as required
- Carryout machine set up & pre-production activities
- Operate injection moulding machine as per process control instructions within required production & rejection standards
- Make reporting as per instructions
- Carry out troubleshooting for mould, machine & rejection issues
- Inspect the product
- Reduce rejection and RCA report for defect
- Cover
- Help in breakdown & preventive maintenance
- Help in keeping machine & area surrounding it clean
- Qualification
- ITI/Diploma Technical (any)
- Experience
- Technical/Functional Expertise
- Operating Machines
- Basic English
- Reporting
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
