Responsibilities:


Building Systems Management:


  • Supervise and manage maintenance, repair, and replacement activities for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of all equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations to ensure the company's facilities are in compliance

  • Implement necessary changes and updates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Facilities Staff Management:


  • Recruit, train, and manage facilities staff, including technicians and support personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development to enhance team productivity and skills.

Office Administration:


  • Manage office administration tasks, including maintaining, stationery supplies, and ensuring a wellequipped office environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any facilityrelated needs.

Travel Management:


  • Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking tickets and making hotel reservations.
  • Ensure that travel arrangements align with company policies and budget constraints.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in facility management, preferably in [Finance industry].
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).
  • Prior experience in travel management is a plus.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
