Responsibilities:
Building Systems Management:
- Supervise and manage maintenance, repair, and replacement activities for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of all equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
Regulatory Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations to ensure the company's facilities are in compliance

- Implement necessary changes and updates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Facilities Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage facilities staff, including technicians and support personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development to enhance team productivity and skills.
Office Administration:
- Manage office administration tasks, including maintaining, stationery supplies, and ensuring a wellequipped office environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any facilityrelated needs.
Travel Management:
- Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking tickets and making hotel reservations.
- Ensure that travel arrangements align with company policies and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in facility management, preferably in [Finance industry].
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).
- Prior experience in travel management is a plus.

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
