We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team at Welpe Plastics Private Limited, a startup company in the plastic injection molding industry.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our plastic injection molding machines, while ensuring that quality standards are met and production goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines
- Setting up and adjusting machines, tools, and equipment
- Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions
- Conducting regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspecting and testing finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Keeping accurate production records and reporting production data to management
- Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines
- Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Ability to work in different shifts
Salary:
₹8, ₹27,619.95 per month
