What will you do?
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing properties and leading a team of executives to achieve sales targets.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth and success of our company by building strong relationships with potential customers and converting them into long-term residents.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned beds and driving revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure the availability and readiness of the assigned beds for new residents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Analyze and report on sales metrics and market trends to improve performance.
- Train and mentor a team of executives to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
