Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, including interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and contractors in the Kolkata, West Bengal, Assam and Odisha region.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and competitors in the interior design industry.
  • Develop a strong understanding of ZAD Interiors' modular furniture manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting, generating leads, and qualifying potential B2B clients.
  • Initiate contact and engage in meaningful conversations with interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and contractors to promote the utilization of ZAD's factory for making modular furniture.
  • Present and articulate the benefits and competitive advantages of partnering with ZAD Interiors, emphasizing quality, customization, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand the requirements of potential partners and ensure that ZAD's manufacturing capabilities align with their needs.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with potential partners to assess their requirements, provide product samples, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations in collaboration with the sales and production teams.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential partners, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to coordinate and streamline the onboarding process for new B2B clients.
  • Maintain regular communication and foster strong relationships with existing B2B clients, addressing their concerns, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies in the interior design and furniture manufacturing sectors.
  • Represent ZAD Interiors at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the manufacturing capabilities and network with potential B2B clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the interior design or furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in the Kolkata region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and value propositions.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and contractors.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the interior design industry, furniture manufacturing processes, and modular furniture concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to identify unique solutions for B2B clients.
  • Flexibility to travel within the regions mentioned above for client meetings and site visits.
  • Own two-wheeler preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel)

₹20,000.00 per month
