Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in various food and beverage outlets.

You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service while adhering to company standards and policies.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:


  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
  • Assist guests in making menu selections, offering recommendations when necessary.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Food and Beverage Preparation:


  • Prepare beverages, such as coffee, tea, and cocktails, according to standard recipes.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established presentation and portion control standards.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature and in the appropriate containers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service areas.

Cash Handling and Payment Processing:

  • Accurately process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the integrity of all financial transactions and maintain proper cash handling practices.

Compliance and Safety:


  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to safety and security.
  • Participate in training programs to maintain and improve knowledge of food and beverage items, service techniques, and company policies.

Teamwork and Communication:


  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to address any issues or concerns.
  • Work cooperatively with other team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹19,000.00 per month
