Align is currently seeking a
ServiceNow Systems Administrator & Platform Operations to join our DWE organization. This is an onsite work opportunity.


In this role, you will

  • Perform daytoday platform administration, monitor performance, identify, and remediate errors to assure stability and usability across all environments.
  • Plan, Test, and Implement platform upgrades and patching. Implement continuous improvements to platform.
  • Support migration of code between ServiceNow instances and releases to production
  • Support multiple instances of the platform including Development, QA, and Production
  • Administers the availability, instance security, user/group access, administration, access control and perform security audits.
  • Perform validation/testing, resolve platform related incidents & fulfill service requests.
  • Manage incident escalation or cases directly with ServiceNow support.
  • Document the technical requirements and update documentation.
  • Participate in meetings/daily scrums.
  • Proactive Operations and Environment Maintenance
  • Building of midservers as needed
  • Build dashboards and reports for internal operations.
  • Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated by workload, project timelines, or meetings with global team.

In this role, you'll need

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of ServiceNow experience with diverse handson work experience administering in core platform support and development activities.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written communication, analytical, research, interpersonal and problemsolving skills required.
  • Selfmotivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problemsolving environment.
  • Innovative mindset with strong deliveryoriented values
  • Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD) concepts, AWS Cloud administration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

  • 35 years of Handson experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, maintenance, support, migrations, and upgrades
  • Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot, technologies, system, and design configurations to be used in products to attain optimal performance and efficiency.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
  • Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, & SOAP.
  • Ability to build dashboard and ServiceNow Reports
  • Understanding of Discovery Tools (Discovery and SCCM), AZURE AD, AD, LDAP, and SSO is a plus.
